I have experimenting with carrot banana smoothie recipes And I find the simple combination of carrots oatmeal and bananas..

Ingredients:1 large carrots, chopped1 banana, cut into chunks1/2 cup of oatmeal
Directions:1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately…..yummy in my tummy =)
