I have experimenting with carrot banana smoothie recipes And I find the simple combination of carrots oatmeal and bananas..
Ingredients:
1 large carrots, chopped
1 banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup of oatmeal
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately…..yummy in my tummy =)
