 Before you start any kind of exercise routine make sure that your body is well supported. This means comfortable shoes, a strong sports bra (or two), breathable fabrics, and even a cute little headband. The less you have to fuss with during your workout (i.e. tugging at your shorts, pushing hair out of your eyes) the more you can focus on achieving better results.

I know some people have been confused about #9, and basically, nutritionists suggest that you avoid eating 3 hours prior to going to bed, because once you’re sleeping, your digestion process slows down, so you’re absorbing more of the calories! Your body need to digest le food :)
