It’s MARCH! WOOOOO! My birthday countdown can officially begin! haha On another note…Here are my goals:
1. Exercise 6 days a week (for at least 30 minutes)
2. Cut down on snacking on sweets (I’ve been doing this so much…so trying to eat only naturally sweet things)
3. Run 6 or 7 miles in about an hour and 30 minutes. 
4. Pack lunch everyday
5. Stay positive :]

1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup rolled oats strawberry  flavor.
1 1/2tspn white sugar .
1 carrot.
Just stick it in a blender, whip it all up and gulp it down.
